Moveable assets are repossessed and removed by our agent sometimes working closely with the Sheriff's office and local Garda to ensure a smooth hassle free process. Our Client instructs where they would like the asset transported to .i.e. Asset Securities safe storage location, an auction facility or warehouse. A detailed report of the repossession and its condition are completed by Asset Security and given to the client.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (immovable assets)
Asset Security meets with the country Registrar for a handover of the necessary paperwork, keys and takes possession of the property. Most immovable assets have been abandoned and/or neglected for some time. Asset Security winterize property by draining water and heating system, Secure with new locks and boarding, clear out contents and discard, clean property interior, carry out all maintenance to garden and outdoor area and arrange for repairs to be carried out on the property. Comprehensive reports with photographs are produced and given to the client. Ensure the property is returned to the client in a presentable and saleable condition for maximum return for asset marketing.
