Since establishing in 1999 we have made a significant investment in our business. Our recovery fleet is new, modified to a high-spec to recover all classes of cars including valuable cars and machinery. Due to the climate change in the economy, we identified an increasing demand from financial institutions for a need of a; immovable asset recovery service i.e. homes/business.
In 2010 we decided to expand and formed Property Management Solutions. Due to our excellent reputation already established in mobile recovery, we are now experts in immovable assets and can also offer on-going maintenance until the asset is sold.
Moveable assets are repossessed and removed by our agent sometimes working closely with the Sheriff's office and local Garda to ensure a smooth hassle free process.
Our Client instructs where they would like the asset transported to .i.e. Asset Securities safe storage location, an auction facility or warehouse. A detailed report of the repossession and its condition are completed by Asset Security and given to the client.
Served in a discrete manner to the recipient, our team are trained to be sympathetic to the recipient.
Yet carry out the task in a professional and compliant manner for the legal profession, ensuring all Documentation is duly signed and returned to the legal office.
Asset Security meets with the country Registrar for a handover of the necessary paperwork, keys and takes possession of the property.
Most immovable assets have been abandoned and/or neglected for some time. Asset Security winterize property by draining water and heating system, Secure with new locks and boarding, clear out contents and discard, clean property interior, carry out all maintenance to garden and outdoor area and arrange for repairs to be carried out on the property.
Comprehensive reports with photographs are produced and given to the client. Ensure the property is returned to the client in a presentable and saleable condition for maximum return for asset marketing.
